The baby bird might not have gotten push...Hi Rene!

The baby bird might not have gotten pushed out, but accidently fell out when he was opening his mouth to be fed. We saw that happen last year to a baby robin. The mommy built her nest in a cotoneaster tree along our patio and one night as we were sitting outside, mommy came along with a big ole worm and he opened wide and teetered out of the nest. After mommy left, I picked him up and put him back in his nest and he was fine after that. No one rejected him or anything. Our local weather forecaster keeps announcing this time of year during his forecast that it's just a myth about the mommy bird rejecting their young if a human touches it. So if you see any babies on the ground and can reach their nest, to put them back in. That's what I did and everything was fine! So hopefully if the little guy's still around, try putting him back!

Good luck,
~Kris~Kris ~ Simply Primhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17838183495525848961noreply@blogger.com
